LADWP analysis available

An independent analysis of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power's (LADWP) proposed rate changes is now available. The study, conducted by PA Consulting, was the result of a motion by Energy and Environment Committee Chair Jan Perry to provide an independent analysis of LADWP's cost to produce or purchase energy. The study is available here.
