LA Magazine's GetLA Film Competition Finalists

Last month, I hosted a press conference announcing the launch of Get L.A., a short film competition celebrating the city, the lifestyle and the state of mind that we call Los Angeles.

Los Angeles Magazine and L.A. Works have selected eight finalists from the many, many they received. The videos are up on the LA Magazine website, and I encourage everyone to visit the site and vote for your favorite short film to help one filmmaker win the Audience Selection award.

LA Magazine will post both the Audience and Jury Selections on April 16.
