On Saturday, April 9, the Greater Echo Park Elysian Neighborhood Council (GEPENC) in partnership with the Historic Filipinotown Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Historic Filipinotown are sponsoring a neighborhood clean up.Participants will meet at Lake Street Park (227 N. Lake Street) at 9 a.m. The clean up will last until 12 p.m.
