Union Station-Dodger Stadium Shuttle

Earlier today, I joined Mayor Villaraigosa, Frank McCourt and the Dodger family to celebrate the start of brand new Dodger Stadium Express bus service for the 2010 baseball season.

The service will operate from Union Station to Dodger Stadium and was made possible by a special $300,000 grant from the Mobile Sources Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee. Metro will use state-of-the-art clean burning Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) buses to operate the service, so the new bus will decrease traffic and reduce carbon emissions.
