Spay/Neuter vouchers available

Actors and Others for Animals is offering Los Angeles County residents vouchers to have your cat spayed or neutered. The organization chose to limit its program to cats to draw attention to the fact that nearly twice the number of cats than dogs are euthanized in our local shelters each year.

More details are available at the Actors and Others for Animals website. Those seeking vouchers must register at online by March 9, 2010, and complete the surgery by April 20, 2010. Surgeries must be performed at one of the 10 participating veterinary clinics.
