The Greater Echo Park Elyisan Neighborhood Council and the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Park will host Echo Park Fright Night on Saturday, October 31, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Echo Park Recreation Center (1632 Bellevue Ave.)
This free event will feature carnival games, a teen dance for kids ages 11 to 17, and a costume parade and contest. The first 150 kids between 3 and 15 years-old will receive a free trick-or-treat bag with goodies.
