Echo Park Lake Bird Walk

Grab your binoculars!

The Echo Park Lake Bird Walk on Sunday, August 9 is a perfect opportunity for bird watchers of all levels to see and identify the different birds who call Echo Park their home.

More than 70 species of birds have been spotted in Echo Park in the past few years, including mallards, finches, great egrets, green herons, and others.

The Bird Walk is free and parents are encouraged to bring children. Meet at the Echo Park boathouse at 8:00 a.m. Another walk in Vista Hermosa Park will follow at 10:30 a.m.
