Berry preservation workshop

On Saturday, the Hollywood Farmer's Kitchen presents a berry preservation workshop. Students will learn a number of techniques such as canning, freezing, drying and pickling. They will also take home a preserved berry item

The class will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hollywood Farmer's Kitchen (1555 N. Vine). The fee is $80.
